The Northumberland/Durham Coast is one of the hidden secrets of England. Only a lucky few have found out about it even though it includes an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. There are miles of the best sandy beaches in England and hardly a tourist in sight for most of the time. I have painted from Berwick to Staithes and I am determined to paint more of this unspoiled coastline of dunes, castles on cliffs, small ports and seaside towns. Here you will also find prints from the North Yorkshire coast and Cumbria.
